Position summary
“The Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of development and production programs within the Electronic Warfare (EW) portfolio and serving as the primary interface with customers, engineering, operations, and Business Development (BD). This role ensures program performance across cost, schedule, technical requirements, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics. The candidate must have strong program management experience, a solid technical background in EW or related defense systems, and a high level of proficiency in EVM to effectively manage cost and schedule performance across complex programs.”
