How we verify every listing
Job boards mix two fundamentally different kinds of “cleared” jobs under the same label: jobs that require an already-active clearance (closed to you if you don’t hold one), and jobs that will sponsor you through the clearance process. Telling them apart usually means reading every posting line by line, and getting it wrong means wasted applications.
Read the posting
Every listing is checked against the employer’s own posting text: every clearance mention, not just one line.
Apply the rule
Does the posting say candidates able to obtain a clearance qualify? Ambiguous language is rejected.
Quote the proof
The exact sentence is quoted verbatim on the listing, so you never take our word for it.
Our rule: prove it or don’t list it
ClearanceSponsor lists only jobs that sponsor. Before any job appears here, we verify that the employer’s own posting says, in its own words, that candidates able to obtain a clearance qualify. Every listing shows you that exact sentence. Here’s what that looks like on a real listing:

When a posting is ambiguous, we leave it out. We’d rather miss a good job than show you one that would screen you out at the first question.
Fresh by default
Listings come from employers’ own career sites and are re-checked automatically, around the clock. When a posting disappears from the employer’s board, it disappears here. Applications always happen on the employer’s site; we link you straight to the original posting.
What we can and can’t promise
Our verification is about the posting’s language: if a job is listed here, the employer’s posting says sponsorship is on the table, and we show you where it says so. Hiring decisions, screening practices, and whether a clearance is ultimately granted rest with the employer and the government; no job site can promise those. If your experience with a listed job doesn’t match its posting, we want to know; every job page has a one-tap report.
